DOUGLAS, Ga. (WALB) – The Douglas Police Department (DPD) is investigating a shooting on Sears Street around 8 p.m. Sunday evening.

Police told WALB someone was shot in that area.

The victim was then transported to a Savannah hospital.

Douglas police are actively investigating. Police say they do not know the identities of those involved in the shooting.
