Kristin Cavallari says Britney Spears reached out after clone conspiracy

It’s Britney, bitch, and she seems to be gone Kristin Cavallari reading.

In the last episode of her Let’s be honest podcast, Cavallari revealed that none other than Britney Spears reached out to her after she floated a conspiracy theory that the pop star was a clone of herself last month.

Prefacing the anecdote by recalling that she is a big fan of Spears who loves the pop star “so much”, the Lagoon beach One alum recalls that Spears’ manager contacted her publicist to connect the two, and then received a “roller coaster” of a text message from Spears before she was ultimately ghosted.

“We talked about Hollywood conspiracies and what I liked the most was Kanye WestI think, (is) a clone,” Cavallari said. “I also said Britney is not Britney. Britney obviously got wind of it. So my first reaction was: I was scared. I’m not going to lie.

Cavallari quickly found herself in a group chat with Spears and her manager. “His manager put us in a group chat and… called us icons, two icons coming together, blah, blah, blah,” Cavallari recalled. “Then Britney sent me a text and I’m not going to read it. I would love to read it. Take my word for it. It’s a bit of a roller coaster.”

It was clear it was Spears because the text “was like one big sentence,” Cavallari said. “It was one of the most interesting texts I’ve ever received in my life. So I’m like, ‘Yeah, I’ll definitely hang out with you when I come to LA. That would be fun.'” The initial fear turned to excitement, which then emboldened Cavallari to text Spears privately outside of the group chat thread.

“I’m like, ‘Hey, I’m almost out of LA, but when I come in December I’ll let you know,’ because she’s like, ‘We should hang out,’ and blah, blah, blah, and then she just never responded,” Cavallari said. “I’m not here to say we should go to Paris together. It’s you, Britney. Well, now I think you’re a fucking clone.”

The TV personality added: “Because for me now it was all bulls—, which is what I was thinking from the jump. I was like, this doesn’t feel authentic to me. And now you have just proven my point. You’re not trying to enjoy going out and being a buddy. You’re just trying to shut me up because I’m obviously onto something!”

Clone or not, Spears – who said she would never return to the music industry post-conservation – worked hard to expand his empire. The Grammy winner recently announced launch of its first jewelry lineB Lower case.
