Liam Payne would have sent an ex-fiancée Maya Henri and his family x-rated photos of himself after their breakup, court documents reveal.

Payne allegedly “committed disturbing sexual acts on himself” in footage, according to documents obtained by The post office on Tuesday, November 12. Henry claimed in his filing that the singer also attempted to send “intimate images” of herself to other people. The post office noted that the allegations were included in a cease and desist issued by Henry days before Payne’s death. (She has yet to speak about her death.)

The old One Direction member died October 16 at age 31 after falling from a hotel balcony at the CasaSur Palermo hotel in Buenos Aires. A an investigation has since been opened regarding his death.

Daily Mail previously reported that Payne had was served with a cease and desist of Henry on October 14 “following the emergence of new and worrying information”. She accused the singer of repeatedly contacting her and her family members. (Us every week I contacted Henry for comment at the time.)

Henry, a model, and Payne started dating in 2018. They were engaged in 2020 but called off their relationship two years later.

Before Payne’s death, Henry claimed the singer had “weaponized” his fans against her.

“Since we broke up he’s been messaging me, blowing up my phone, not just from his phone number but from different phone numbers so I never know where it’s going from come,” she said via TikTok. “It will create new iCloud accounts to send me iMessage messages – it’s still a damn new iCloud account. Every time I see one pop up on my phone, I say to myself, “Here, let’s do it again.”

Henry added: “Also, (he) will email me…not just me, but he will blow up my mom’s phone. Is this normal behavior for you?

Earlier this year, Henry published his first novel Look forward to – what is supposed to be inspired by his relationship with Payne. (The main characters and their backgrounds seem to have parallels with Henry and Payne, respectively.)

“Obviously the book is fiction, (but it’s) definitely inspired by real events,” she told People in May. “(The main character) Mallory is a lot like me, and that’s why it was very easy for me to write her character and put the emotion into it. I’m just grateful to have this opportunity and this platform to really help be a voice for women.
