COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) – The City of Colorado Springs is encouraging residents to sign up for text and email alerts by offering a prize package to one lucky winner.

On Monday, the city announced it would offer an “ultimate hometown gift from America’s Olympic city” to someone who signs up for the alerts.

The grand prize, worth a total of nearly $1,700, includes experiences in Colorado Springs:

  • Pack of four tickets to access Pikes Peak – America’s Mountain.
  • Four-pack of tickets to the United States Olympic and Paralympic Museum.
  • Two tickets to the Colorado College Tigers hockey game against UNLV on December 29.
  • Four tickets to Air Force’s football game against Oregon State on November 16.
  • Four tickets to the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC 2025 home opener.
  • Foursome package for 18 holes at Patty Jewett Golf Course.
  • Foursome package for 18 holes at Valley Hi Golf Course.
  • Pack of four tickets for the Sertich Ice Center (skate rental included).

Residents can enter to win the draw by subscribing to both the City’s newsletter and text messaging service before November 1. As an added bonus, once residents register, they will receive a referral link that they can share with friends and which will provide them with a bonus entry. in the draw for each friend who registers. The City’s new text messaging service will provide residents with a simple and direct way to stay informed with important occasional updates from the City.
