PHILLIPSBURG, MO (KFVS/Gray News) – The Missouri State Highway Patrol has canceled an Amber Alert issued Monday morning for two missing children.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the two children and their mother were found safe.

According to state police, the two children, ages 6 and 7, were initially separated from their mother late Sunday night after the 22-year-old woman was allegedly taken against her will and put in a red van.

No further information has been released by police at this time.
