Supreme Court postpones hearing on results transparency case

Thousands of candidates are eagerly awaiting the publication of the NEET PG Counseling Timetablewho was late. Even doctors urged the health minister to direct the Medical Advisory Committee (MCC) to expedite the release of the schedule and speed up the admission process.

MCC will hold counseling for AIQ Round 1, AIQ Round 2, AIQ Mop-up Round and AIQ Stray Vacancy Round. The delay has affected over 10 lakh candidates, causing uncertainty and potentially leading to further delays in the academic session.

NEET PG Counseling Eligibility 2024 and above

Only candidates who qualify for NEET PG by achieving the minimum percentile are eligible to participate in the seat allocation process. The NEET PG counseling process includes online registration, fee payment, declaration of choice, seat allotment results and reporting.

To participate in the councils, candidates must register online and declare their choices. Registration can be completed on the official MCC website at mcc.nic.in. During registration, candidates need to log in using their email id and mobile number and then fill up the application form.

Candidates can declare multiple choices based on their preferred colleges and courses. It is important to save and lock these choices before the deadline, as there will be no possibility of changing them afterwards. Choices will be automatically locked after the final date.

Documents required for NEET PG counseling 2024

The following documents are required for admission to NEET PG 2024:

  • NEET PG Admit Card
  • Provisional/permanent registration certificate
  • NEET PG Result
  • NEET PG rank card
  • Certificate of end of internship
  • MBBS Degree Certificate
  • Disability certificate (if applicable)
  • Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID or Passport)
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
  • Three passport-sized photographs
  • Certificate of morality (if applicable)
  • Proof of payment of advisory fees
  • Letter of award issued by MCC
  • Transfer certificate from last college attended (if applicable)
  • Migration certificate from school board/university (if applicable)
  • Affidavit signed by the student and his or her parent/guardian
  • Certificate of good faith (if applicable)
  • Deviation certificate (if applicable)
  • Bond/Agreement, if required by the state/university concerned
