The Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) on Thursday said it would launch a dispute resolution system on the amelioration issues of its beneficiaries on Friday.

HSVP Gurugram Administrator Vaishali Singh said 512 beneficiaries in 34 sectors of Gurugram will benefit from the scheme and in monetary terms, they will get relief in their expenses. ₹184 million.

The program which will be launched on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, and eligible beneficiaries will be able to submit their applications till May 14, 2025, said HSVP Gurugram Administrator Vaishali Singh.

“The authority has invited eligible beneficiaries/plot holders to avail the benefits of Vivaad Se Samadhan Yojana (VSSS) 2024. This scheme covers 512 beneficiaries from 34 sectors of Gurugram, wherein discounts of over ₹184 crores are provided. This program provides a unique opportunity to resolve land augmentation disputes and those who were unable to receive the benefits of previous programs for whatever reason,” she said in a statement on Thursday.

Singh said beneficiaries of residential plots, floor registration, collective housing sites, institutional and industrial plots will be the eligible beneficiaries of this scheme. The beneficiaries can either contact their respective HSVP real estate offices in case of any doubts or register their applications/submissions on the Vivaad Se Samadhan Yojana portal (she added.

“This program represents an important opportunity for a systematic and equitable solution to eligible cases. Beneficiaries can check the amount awarded under the scheme on the HSVP portal using their plot ID and password,” she said.

Earlier on July 8, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said that the HSVP had been directed to formulate a policy under the ‘Vivaadon Ka Samadhan’ program to resolve the pending cases related to improvement of plots. Under this scheme, by depositing the outstanding amount as a lump sum, over 4,400 plot owners will benefit from significant interest relief, thereby resolving their ongoing improvement cases from 2015 to 2019 .
