Zach Bryan’s love life came under scrutiny after Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia’s Abuse Allegations – but who else has he dated?

The country singer was married once and made another relationship public before his romance with LaPaglia began in July 2023.

Although Bryan doesn’t often talk about his loved ones, they are clearly inspirations for his hit songs.

“I hate the man I am / But I’ll love it when you’re mine,” he sang in “Mine,” released in May 2020. “When you’re mine / No, I’m not not so angry / When you’re mine / This world owes me nothing.

The interpreter later confirmed that the song was about his ex-wifeRose Madden.

Rose Madden

Bryan and Madden served together in the United States Navy before getting married in July 2020.

The duo divorced the following year, which Madden confirmed in a May 2021 TikTok video.

“When your ex-husband moves out and you’re now forced to bake potatoes with a fucking pumpkin pie pan,” she captioned the clip.

Madden’s middle name is Elisabeth, according to Hollerleading fans to believe that she is the inspiration behind Bryan’s 2020 album of the same name.

While a photo of them was initially featured on the cover of the record, it has since been replaced with a black background on streaming services.

Madden has since left their marriage, revealing in February 2024 that she was dating a man named Sebastian.

Debbie Peifer

Bryan started dating Peifer in early 2022, but announced their “mutual” separation in May of the following year.

“In the interest of transparency and respect, I am letting everyone know that Debra and I separated about a week and a half ago,” he wrote on X in 2023. “We are leaving with a lot ( of) memories and good times.”

After being “a little alone”, Peifer told his TikTok followers in September 2024, it was released again.

Brianna “Fried Chicken” LaPaglia

LaPaglia confirmed her “fun, casual” romance with Bryan in a July 2023 “PlanBri Uncut” podcast episode after “three weeks (of)…hanging out.”

The couple packed on the PDA for making their red carpet debut at the Grammys in February of the following year.

On their first anniversary, Bryan exclaimed on social media, “I love you so much Brianna. She’s pretty much one of the only people who still makes me laugh OFTEN. I am proud to call you my daughter.

He revealed their breakup in October 2024, writing via Instagram that he felt it was “beneficial for (them) both to follow (their) different paths” due to “an incredibly difficult year personally.”

LaPaglia, who was “blinded” by the musician’s decision to make the separation publicleaked details about Bryan’s allegedly emotionally abusive behavior in a November 2024 “BFFs” episode.

“The last year of my life was it was the hardest year of my life deal with this guy’s abuse,” she told listeners at the time. “I’m still scared right now because I’m scared of him.”

Although the Grammy winner didn’t directly respond to his ex’s claims, he republished an enigmatic quote from Jack Kerouac reading: “I didn’t know what to say. I wanted to cry, damn it, everyone wants an explanation for your actions and for your very being.
