One of Kanye West’s former employees says working for him was a “nightmare” and is now taking legal action against the disgraced rapper.

In a new lawsuit obtained by Page Six on Thursday, Murphy Aficionado claimed West subjected him to anti-Semitic tirades and once he walked out of a business meeting to have “loud” sex with his wife Bianca Censori in the next room.

Aficionado claimed he was hired by the Yeezy founder, 47, as a project manager in October 2022 and that the following month, West invited him to the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills for “a business meeting “.

However, when the 35-year-old arrived at West’s suite, the “Heartless” rapper was reportedly “shirtless and out of breath.”

“The Aficionado entered the lavish hotel room but was surprised to realize Ye’s pants were unbuttoned and to find his then-girlfriend, Bianca Censori, standing topless – her hands barely covering her topless,” the documents state. “It was immediately obvious to Aficionado that Censori and Ye had had sexual relations very recently.”

“Overwhelmed with discomfort,” Aficionado told West he would return later, but the rapper allegedly “ordered” him to go inside — which he obeyed out of fear of “explosive anger and aggression » from his boss.

Censori then retired to the next room. However, West allegedly kept the door open so they could see his naked body.

West then allegedly left Aficionado “in the middle of their conversation” without warning and “rushed” to the room Censori was in, “closing the door but leaving it only slightly open.”

“Within seconds, Aficionado began to hear loud moaning and clapping, emanating from the room in which Ye and Censori were making love,” the documents read.

Once West and Censori finished, Aficionado claimed the rapper came back into the room. “wearing a T-shirt with a swastika” and asked him: “You don’t like my shirt?”

“Then, randomly and without solicitation, Ye sat down with Aficionado, showing him nude photos of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian on his phone,” the lawsuit claims.

Aficionado claimed that West invited him back to the hotel later that week and a similar situation occurred. However, this time the rapper allegedly had sex with a masseuse and not with Censori, whom he Wed in December 2022.

The complainant claimed that these experiences left him “feeling violated and dehumanized.”

Elsewhere in the trial, Aficionado went into detail about West’s alleged “anti-Semitic tirades and conspiracies,” which he said were “an everyday occurrence.”

“Often these outbursts were about how Jews controlled the Kardashians. Other times, Ye would talk about how the Jews were going after him and his money. On those same days, Ye continually yelled at his staff, including Aficionado,” the lawsuit claims.

The project manager said that West “proud intolerance” was well known and he often told his employees things like, “‘The Jews are out to get me.’ “They froze my bank account.” “The Jews got Kim and my children. »

West reportedly told Aficionado that his ex-wife “had Jewish masters.”

Aficionado claimed West agreed to pay him $125 an hour. During the nine months he worked for West, the plaintiff said he worked up to 70 hours a week but “received no pay for his work.”

Their working relationship officially ended after West “ordered Aficionado to begin construction of his school, Donda Academy,» allegedly “without a building permit”.

When Aficionado protested, insisting that moving forward could result in “hefty fines and potentially even put schoolchildren in danger”, he was allegedly “rejected and fired”.

Aficionado is suing for discrimination, hostile work environment, retaliation, labor law violations and non-payment of wages.

Reps for the Yeezy rapper did not immediately respond to our request for comment.
