The following arrests were made recently by local police departments. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Massachusetts privacy law prevents police from releasing information regarding domestic and sexual violence arrests in an effort to protect alleged victims.

LOWELL

• Erick Almonte-Ramirez, 49, 27 Bellevue St., second floor, Lowell; warrants (probation violation for negligent operation of a motor vehicle and driving under the influence).

• Matthieu Simard, 33, homeless; warrants (failure to appear for possession of class A drug, possession of class B drug and possession of class E drug).

• Saranyeliz Ramirez, 33, 193 Middlesex St., Lowell; warrants (failure to appear for trespassing, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and possession of Class B drugs).

• Ryan Rudnisky, 19, homeless; warrant (armed robbery).

• Jolani Viera, 20, 40 rue Boisvert, Lowell; warrant (armed robbery).

• Jorge Santos, 45, 57 Marshall St., No. 3, Lowell; warrant (operation under the influence of alcohol).

• Kailen Delbrey, 19, 121 Hemlock Lane, Lowell; assault and battery on a pregnant person.

• Marcus Wilson, 43, homeless; armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (pistol-shaped lighter), possession of a class A drug with intent to distribute.

• Tyler Nhem, 18, 617 Pawtucket Boulevard, Apt. 9, Lowell; ensure.

• Alban Crevecoeur, 39 years old, homeless; warrant (theft of property over $1,200).

• Robert Waylein, 42, 35 Fourth Street, Apt. 1, Lowell; warrant (threat to commit crime), theft of property under $1,200.

• David Calo, 47, homeless; warrant (assault), possession of class A drug.

• Justin Nobrega, 28, 26 Ellington Road, Tewksbury; warrants (failure to appear for shoplifting by transportation and theft of property under $1,200).

• Suzanne Lyons, 47, homeless; trespass, break and enter into a motor vehicle, theft of property under $1,200).

• Ashley Dallaire, 40, 4 rue Park, apt. 3, Lowell; warrants (failure to appear for assault and battery on a police officer, resisting arrest and theft of property under $1,200).

• Luis Santos, 34, homeless; trespass after notice.

TYNGSBORO

• Luis Collazo, 27, Haverhill; possession with intent to distribute a class B drug, possession with intent to distribute a class D drug, possession of open containers of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

WILMINGTON

• John Brooks Earle, 54, 16 Andover Road, Beverly; leaving the scene of an accident causing damage to property, failure to yield the right of way at an intersection.

• Nicholas Joseph McDonough, 19, 14 Audubon Road, Apt. 508, Wakefield; inability to dim the headlights.

• Nailson Tiago Pereira, 34, 466 Newbury Street, apt. 17, Danvers; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license for driving under the influence, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop/yield.
