PHOENIX — Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray was praised Sunday for the way he bounced back from a vicious sack in the team’s win over the New York Jets.

Murray said Tuesday that he was actually happy to receive the second-quarter hit and that it helped energize the team.

“I was actually pretty happy that it happened. It was good. I don’t get to get hit that many times. I don’t want to get hit that many times, but in a way , it got everyone excited, so it was a good thing, I think,” Murray said Tuesday.
