The Republic of Fiji Military Forces have launched their first ever personalized Bible, titled “RFMF Complete New Testament with Psalms and Proverbs”.

It was launched yesterday during the reconciliation and restoration ceremony at the RFMF’s Queen Elizabeth Barracks in Nabua, Suva.

The General Secretary of the Methodist Church, Reverend Doctor Jolame Lasawa, who presided over the launch, said the Bible is a source of strength for RFMF staff.

“May the light of the Lord guide you in all the paths you follow in life. May you also guide others in the direction prescribed in the Bible.

Rev. Dr. Lasawa says the launch of the holy book marks the beginning of a new journey, as it coincides with the completion of the RFMF’s reconciliation and restoration program.

He urges staff and their families to unite in the Word of God.

The South Pacific Bible Society helped compile the RFMF’s first-ever personalized Bible, with support from other local and international stakeholders.
