A strange trend I noticed while watching Season 4 of Specters it’s the constant jokes about the power of Alberta. Which I don’t really understand, because the ability to hum and have the living hear it is pretty cool in my opinion. So with that in mind, and given that these jokes continue to happen, it makes me think that the show is offering something with Danielle Pinnock’s character and her power that is much bigger than a joke.

Ghosts continue to take on Alberta’s ghost power

In Specters’ first three episodes broadcast in the fall TV schedule 2024we have taken several blows against the power of Alberta’s phantom hum. Although she can’t say much, she is one of the only ghosts with an ability that the living can actually notice. So, I’m a little shocked that the show continues to make fun of it when there are objectively funnier abilities among the spirits – like Isaac’s ability to make people smell farts when they walk through him.
