Enthusiasts can look forward to exciting new products and updated models which will also include the first electric motorcycle from Royal Enfield.

To stay ahead in the game, Royal Enfield has been introducing updates and new motorcycles at regular intervals. The company enjoys almost total dominance in 350cc-450cc And 650cc motorcycle segments. Several new launches are planned in the coming months, as shown below.

Latest spy photos reveal a strong possibility that the Royal Enfield first electric motorcycle will be the production version of the Electrik 01 Concept. There is a close connection to the Flying Flea motorcycle used during World War II. Some of the highlights include circular headlights and mirrors, generous use of chrome accents, a circular instrument console, beam forks and a teardrop fuel tank.

Compared to regular Royal Enfield bikes, the electric bike has a relatively slimmer profile. This is evident with the compact body and narrow tires. These features make the bike suitable for urban commuting and can also help maximize range by reducing air drag. Royal Enfield will unveil its first electric motorcycle on November 4. It is likely to be launched in 2025. With its distinctive profile, Royal Enfield’s first electric motorcycle will be an easy choice for enthusiasts.

Royal Enfield is also developing an electric version of its popular Himalayan 450 bike. Prototypes are already being evaluated to understand the testbed’s capabilities and areas for improvement. It may take about a few years for the Himalayan 450 electric motorcycle to reach the production stage.

Launch scheduled for November 5, Royal Enfield Ours 650 Interceptor will be the brand’s first scrambler-style motorcycle in the 650cc segment. It is expected to be the lightest 650cc Royal Enfield motorcycle. With the 650cc engine and platform already popular, Royal Enfield has introduced some exceptional color options for enthusiasts to enjoy.

Mechanical upgrades include USD forks at the front, compared to the standard telescopic units seen with the Interceptor 650. The black color variant has the USD forks in gold finish. Other highlights include a circular TFT Tripper Dash, unique exhaust setup and dual-purpose tires.

Recent Spy Photos Revealed the Next Classic 650 in attractive two-tone color options. Single-seater and passenger models will be available. Compared to the Classic 350 which has a single exhaust, the larger capacity sibling has dual exhausts. Other distinctive features of the Classic 350 include the new brand logo on the fuel tank. The overall profile is quite similar to the Classic 350. Although the Classic 350 is currently the best-selling Royal Enfield bike, it remains to be seen if the Classic 650 gets the same level of fans.

Next Ball 650 has been spotted several times during test drives over the past few months. According to trademark filings, it is likely that the Bullet 650 will go on sale under the name Bullet 650 Twin. Royal Enfield could launch the Bullet 650 Twin around mid-2025. It could be positioned as the most affordable 650cc motorcycle from Royal Enfield. Several styling elements will be derived from the Bullet 350cc. The equipment list will also be quite basic to ensure an affordable price.

6. Himalayan 650 (new model)

With Himalayan 650Royal Enfield will be in a better position to challenge international bestsellers such as Kawasaki Versys 650, Benelli TRK 502 and Suzuki V-Strom 650. Recent spy photos reveal that the Himalayan 650 will be better suited for touring than for all -pure ground. Some of the key features include a USD front fork, monoshock rear suspension and upswept exhaust. The bike has dual petal discs at the front, which is something new for a Royal Enfield bike. The launch is planned for 2025.

Although the existing Himalayan 450 is off-road ready, the Rally version will have improved off-road capabilities. Spy photos have revealed the ‘RALLY’ lettering on the rear panel, which dispels all doubts about the purpose of the motorcycle and its positioning in the market. Some of the highlights include wire wheels, monoshock rear suspension and upswept exhaust. The bike will likely feature adjustable front and rear suspension. The Rally kit could also include knuckle guards and handlebar risers. A rally version of the Himalayan 450 is also under development.

Royal Enfield 650 twins, Interceptor 650 and Continental GT 650, are the best-selling motorcycles in the 500cc+ motorcycle segment. They currently hold around 2/3 of the market share. Royal Enfield is working on the facelift of the 650 twins which are expected to be launched in 2025. One of the key updates will be the dual disc setup at the front to improve braking performance. Spy photos also reveal a circular instrument console. This could be the same unit used with the Himalayan 450. The 648cc parallel-twin engine will be retained.

10. Meteor 350 facelift

Royal Enfield’s fourth best-selling motorcycle, the Meteor 350 contributes over 10% to the overall sales. The facelift model is expected to get an LED indicator lamp and tail lamp as standard across all variants. The bike already has an LED headlight. Some new color options and technology upgrades could be part of the package. In terms of performance, the Meteor 350 facelift will continue with the existing 349 cc, single-cylinder, air-oil cooled engine.

11. The Bullet 350 facelift

The existing Bullet 350 is not very old, as it was upgraded with the new engine and chassis in September 2023. The Bullet 350 facelift is unlikely to get any major technology updates. Things like the new digi-analog instrument console and USB port were added last year.

With its athletic build and agile performance, the Hunter 350 has become the second best-selling Royal Enfield bike. In its first update, Hunter 350 facelift will receive an LED headlight. The current model is equipped with a halogen unit. Users can expect smoother rides as the Hunter 350 facelift will receive a new rear suspension. These updates might be limited to the Metro variant of the Hunter 350. The facelifted model will continue with the existing 349cc engine.
