BALTIMORE – Baltimore Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton is out Thursday’s game against the Cincinnati Bengals with an ankle injury.

The 2023 All-Pro and third-year player from Notre Dame headed to the locker room near the two-minute warning of the first half with members of the Baltimore training staff. His return was deemed questionable before being ruled out in the third quarter.

Hamilton fell to the ground apparently without contact on a first down with less than two minutes remaining in the first half. He hit the ground in frustration as Bengals Quarterback Joe Burrow completed a pass to Ja’Marr Chase for 13 yards. But Hamilton left with trainers and entered the blue medical tent.

Amazon’s Kaylee Hartung reported that Hamilton was being evaluated in the X-ray room at M&T Bank Stadium.

Hamilton had four tackles (two solo) and two assists in the first half. His departure came with the game tied 7-7, but Cincinnati took a 14-7 lead four plays after leaving the field.

The Ravens next play in 10 days, on November 17 in Pittsburgh.
