Phoenix Suns reveal starting lineup against Philadelphia 76ers

PHOENIX – The Phoenix Suns are looking for an obviously solid 6-1 record to start the season tonight against the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Suns are coming off a close 103-97 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers in a contest that featured exhilarating highs and confusing lows (Bradley Beal was also inactive due to a sprained elbow).

The Suns will also likely see a rejuvenated Philly team – as star forward Paul George announced he will officially debut for the franchise tonight. George’s arrival should provide a boost to a team that started the season 1-4 and is still without superstar center Joel Embiid.

Suns head coach Mike Budenholzer opted for the typical starting five to face what should be a potent 76ers offense after Beal was confirmed to be available shortly before tipoff.

The five to start the evening:

Booker is about to have a good night – after his 10th career player of the week honor and boasting a career scoring average of 28.9 PPG against Philadelphia – while Jusuf Nurkic could have a great opportunity for another solid outing against Sixers starting C Andre Drummond – who is coming off a 4 turnovers , 1-7 on the field. during his last match.

Also watch out for Ryan Dunn off the bench in this one – he could be the main figure to thwart Philadelphia’s assortment of big name athletes such as Kelly Oubre Jr. and Guerschon Yabusele.

The warning is expected just after 8:15 p.m. local time.
