(ABC 6 News) — Recently, a new tip in the search for Jodi Huisentruit led investigators to Winsted, Minnesota.

Huisentruit, a news anchor from Iowa, was abducted on June 27, 1995, as she got into her car in her apartment parking lot and has not been seen since.

According to the The FindJodi teamWinsted Police Chief Justin Heldt confirmed no human remains were found during the search.

Instead, the chief said farm animal remains were found in an unused city park adjacent to ongoing construction at an apartment complex.
