CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) – Twelve Lowcountry high school volleyball players earned all-state selections from the South Carolina Coaches Association of Women’s Sports on Tuesday.

The selections are distributed in each of the 5 classifications.

In 5-A, there were 5 named players from the Lowcountry, 2 of them coming from Wando in Violet Poole and Addison Krieger. They are joined by Reece Bellush of Ashley Ridge, Jolie Trudeau of Beckham and Lilyanna Parker of Summerville.

Two Bishop England players made the team in 4-A, including Langdon Blackstock and Payton Moorman.

Two Hanahan players are honored in 3-A including Ella Cameron and Ella Briton.

Finally in 2-A, Philip Simmons’ teammates Gabby Kakalev and Dani Gehringer are joined by Academic Magnet’s Alaina Jarrett.

No Lowcountry players were honored in 1-A.
