JEFFERSON COUNTY, OH — The 20th anniversary of Valley Hospice Mary Jane Brooks Care Center North was celebrated Saturday at St. Florian Hall.

The event brought together many community members, Valley Hospice employees and others who gathered to dine and support the Dueling Pianos fundraiser.

“The pianos are joking and people have the opportunity to donate money to Valley Hospice in honor of their favorite song. It’s a really fun fundraiser, and sometimes people donate money for a song in memory of a loved one who is no longer with us,” said Andrea Hale, CEO of Valley Hospice.

Andrea Hale, CEO of Valley Hospice, said the community plays a key role in the service they are able to provide.

“People are here to have fun and support that everyone who needs our care can access it, regardless of their ability to pay. That’s what this fundraiser is about: supporting our care center.” , Hale added.

All proceeds from the event will benefit Valley Hospice Mary Jane Brooks Care Center North.
