The Tamil Nadu Directorate of Technical Education (TNDTE) has declared the TNDTE Typing Results 2024 on the official website, dte.tn.gov.in. Candidates who appeared for the exam can visit the official website to check their results. Candidates will be able to access their results by entering their registration number and date of birth in the prescribed format.
The TNDTE Typewriting exam is conducted every year to assess candidates’ typing speed and accuracy. It consists of two sections: Theory and Practice. The theoretical exam is conducted in English and Tamil, while the practical exam is administered only in English. The minimum age required to take the exam is 14 years old, with no maximum age limit.
The TNDTE exams included assessments on multiple skill levels in shorthand (high speed, junior, intermediate, senior), accounting (junior and senior), and typing (pre-junior, junior, senior, and high speed). Out of 209,504 registered students, 201,653 sat for the exams. In total, 131,205 students passed, representing a success rate of 65.06%.
