The Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Kolkata is all set to release the admit cards for the Common Admission Test (CAT) today, November 5, 2024. Candidates registered for the exam can download their CAT 2024 admit card on the official website, iimcat.ac.in, using their registration ID and password.

CAT 2024 is scheduled to take place on November 24, 2024 and will be conducted in three shifts at designated test centers in over 170 cities across India. CAT score is recognized for admission to 21 IIMs and many other prestigious MBA colleges across the country.

CAT 2024 ADMISSION CARD: HOW TO DOWNLOAD

Candidates can download their admit cards from the official website – iimcat.ac.in by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Go to the official website: iimcat.ac.in.
Step 2: On the home page, find and click on the CAT 2024 admit card link.
Step 3: Enter your registration number and password in the fields provided.
Step 4: Click on the login button to view your CAT 2024 admit card on the screen.
Step 5: Download the admit card and print it for future reference.

EXAM TIMES

The CAT 2024 will take place in three shifts, as in previous years: the first shift will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., the second from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and the third from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

EXAM PATTERN

The exam will consist of three sections: Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension (VARC), comprising a total of 66 questions. Candidates will get three points for each correct answer, while one point will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

There will be no penalty for unanswered questions.
