Today, Sarah-Jane Ramos — the Dallas Cowboys quarterback’s fiancée — took to her Instagram Story to share an adorable photo of Dak holding his and Sarah’s 9-month-old daughter, Margaret Jane. In the photo, the father-daughter duo wears cozy winter warm-up clothes: Dak wears a stylish leather jacket and matching cap, and Margaret Jane wears a fuzzy jumpsuit and beanie.

The photo comes after Dak underwent surgery in New York today to repair a torn hamstring. The injury occurred on Sunday, November 3 during the Cowboys’ game against the Atlanta Falcons. After surgery, Dak will not play for the remainder of the NFL season.

But it seems that the family cannot bear this setback too much. In the aforementioned Instagram Story, Sarah captioned the photo with a heartfelt note, saying “My heart in a picture.”

With winter fast approaching, Sarah has been working hard to keep baby MJ warm. In a photo shared earlier, Sarah shows MJ wearing a pink jacket, covered with a pink blanket.
