Epic Properties yesterday (November 7) inaugurated its five-day “Epic Property Expo 2024” in Chattogram, providing prospective investors a gateway to profitable real estate investments.

The event, held at Epic Ferdous Windsor on Badshamia Chowdhury Road, promises visitors and investors an in-depth look at Epic’s ongoing, completed and future projects.

The opening of the exhibition was attended by eminent personalities, including recipient Ekushey Padak and editor-in-chief of Daily Azadi, MA Malek; Wahid Malek, editor-in-chief of Daily Azadi; Engineer SM Lokman Kabir, Chairman of Epic Properties; Engineer SM Abu Sufian, Managing Director and Engineer Anwar Hossain, and other senior officials of the company, according to a press release.

Epic Properties, one of the largest real estate companies in Bangladesh, has designed this exhibition not only to showcase its housing projects but also to attract domestic and international investors with unique investment opportunities. The event attracted considerable interest from the Chattogram business community and potential buyers looking for quality, high-value investments.

One of the highlights of the exhibition is the Epic Ferdous Windsor project, a high-end residential development located close to the picturesque Chattogram War Cemetery on Badshamia Road.
