Mike Tyson Ends Retirement, Teases Logan Paul Fight After Jake Paul Loss

58 years old Mike Tyson doesn’t seem too keen on hanging up his gloves for good, teasing a possible fight with Logan Paul just moments after losing to Jake Paul.

After a year of discussions, things finally came to fruition on November 15, 2025. Social media celebrity Paul beat 58-year-old boxing legend Tyson in a relatively uneventful contest. Only a few flush strikes were landed over the course of eight rounds, as the aging fighter certainly showed why Father Time is undefeated.

However, despite the performance and even if he is not getting any younger, Tyson does not yet seem ready to end his career in the ring. After a four-year layoff following the Roy Jones Jr. fight, Iron Mike appears to have caught the boxing bug again.

Just moments after the final bell rang in his fight with Jake Paul, he teased what could come next. Venerable combat sports personality Ariel Helwani had the hot mic in the ring and pressed Tyson on what the future held for him. When asked if this is the last we’ll see of him, Tyson bluntly replied, “I don’t think so.”

“I don’t know, it depends on the situation,” Tyson continued. So while he’s not fully committed to any given idea, he seems more than open to possible blockbusters like the Netflix event we just attended.

An idea came to mind: “Maybe his brother,” Tyson suggested on a whim, much to the surprise of Logan Paul standing a few feet away.

While Paul’s older brother was indeed linked to fight Tyson from the start in 2021with a date reportedly set for February 2022, the plans ultimately fell through. Years later, it was Jake who finally got the fight, at least he got the fight first.

“I’ll fucking kill you, Mike,” Logan barked without hesitation, mocking the challenge after what he had just watched his brother do.

So, is this happening? It is obviously far too early for official comments. But if Iron Mike has his way, he will return to the ring and most likely challenge another social media celebrity.
