God of War Ragnarok update 6:00 a.m. goes live and its patch notes bring some much-awaited good news to players. Yes, the game has been improved for PS5 Probut more importantly, it solves Ragnarok’s most annoying problem: puzzle clues.

Bug fixes

• Fixed an issue where Brok was not correctly navigating to Freyr’s Camp Shop.
• Fixed an issue where hilts could not be crafted if the item was not crafted before an NG+ run.
• Special resources required to craft hilts can no longer be sold.
• Special resources required to craft hilts will become available again if the player sold the item by accident.

Added new game options

• Reduced Puzzle Tips: Reduces companion puzzle hints throughout the game to allow more time for exploration and trial and error
• Audio descriptions: Added a new accessibility option that adds audio descriptions to all in-game cutscenes

New improved PS5 Pro options

• PS5 Pro Enhanced Mode: New mode added for PS5 Pro that enables Boost Quality features while running at 60fps
• High Frame Rate mode will unlock the framerate when running on variable refresh rate monitors
• PS5 base Favor Performance mode is improved on PS5 Pro
• PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution option available as an upscaler in addition to temporal antialiasing
