HOUSTON – A Houston Marine is facing charges after being accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl.

Antonio Stephens, 26, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault of a child between the ages of 14 and 17.

According to a search warrant, the 16-year-old victim said Stephens began sexually assaulting her in July 2023 on multiple occasions. She allegedly said he would threaten to kill her with guns and threatened to kill her.

In one incident, the victim told investigators that Stephens accused her of talking to other boys and allegedly shocked her, leaving red marks on her neck, the document states.

The victim also said some of the sexual assaults took place at the Marine Corps recruiting office where Stephens worked in Houston.

Stephens is currently behind bars and his bail has been set at $200,000.
