Russia’s latest attack on Ukraine was a “massive combined strike” on “all regions”, Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

The Ukrainian president added that Russian “terrorists” had used “around 120 missiles and 90 drones.”

The missiles – cruise, ballistic and aeroballistic – included “zircons, Iskanders and daggers”, he said.

The drones included Iranian-designed Shaheds.

Ukrainian air defenses destroyed more than “140 air targets,” Zelensky said.

He commented on Telegram: “The enemy’s target was our energy infrastructure throughout Ukraine.

“Unfortunately, objects are damaged by blows and falling debris.

“In Mykolaiv, following a drone attack, two people were killed and six others were injured, including two children.

“My condolences to the parents and friends of the deceased.

“At the moment, some areas are without electricity and all necessary forces are involved in eliminating the consequences and restoring them.”

The president said Ukraine’s air defense included anti-aircraft missile troops, “F-16 pilots” and “mobile fire groups.”
