Sam Fender UK Stadium Tour for summer 2025: see dates

Sam Fender has announced that it will embark on a series of major stadium shows in the UK next summer.

After selling his UK and Ireland arena tour planned for Decemberthe 30-year-old will perform next year at the London Stadium (June 6) and Newcastle’s St. James Park (June 12 and 14). The former will mark Fender’s first stadium show outside of his hometown, and the largest headline show of his career thus far, with a capacity of 75,000.

The new dates will also mark the third and fourth time the North Shields musician has performed at St James’ Park, having played there to sold-out audiences on two nights in 2022. Fender first revealed the dates yesterday (November 20 ), sharing a clip on his Instagram account of a saxophonist performing in the St James Park media zone.

Support for all three shows will come from Mercury Prize-nominated singer CMAT, while Philadelphia rockers The War On Drugs – who produced Fender’s new single “People Watching” – will appear on the date and second night from London to the Newcastle stage.

Details of a special fan presale will be shared with Fender newsletter subscribers, while remaining tickets will go live at 9:30 a.m. (GMT) on November 29. Further information on ticket sales can be found via the Fender website. official website.

Last week (November 15), Fender confirmed the news of his third LP People are watching (due February 21 via Polydor Records) in addition to sharing his first eponymous single. The track is set to debut in the Top 10 of the UK charts. Official Singles Chart later today (November 22).

Following his upcoming arena tour, Fender will next head to New York’s Webster Hall for a show on February 11, before continuing the second leg of his tour in Europe through March 2025. The following month, he will return to America of the North for another seven dates. He is also confirmed to perform at Rock Werchter in Germany in early July, fueling rrumors he could return to the Glastonbury festival in Somerset, southwest England, the previous week (June 25-29).

Fender releases its second album, Seventeen bankruptin 2021, who saw it topped the Official UK Albums Charts and released a live album from his huge concert at London’s Finsbury Park. Earlier this year he collaborated with Noah Kahan on the joint single “Homesick”.
