The Montcalm Area Intermediate School District will interview three finalists for the superintendent position Monday and Tuesday.

Having 12 candidates who expressed interest in the position and nine of those who completed the application process, the MAISD Board of Education narrowed its search, having voted Oct. 9 to interview three finalists for the position.

These finalists are John Denney, former superintendent of the Horton-Hanover School District, Kathleen Flynn, assistant superintendent for teaching and learning of the Ottawa Area Intermediate School District, and Shelly Millis, superintendent of Montabella Community Schools .
