An Ewing home sold for $505,000 topped the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in the Trenton area between Oct. 7-20.

A total of 56 residential real estate sales were recorded in the region over the past two weeks, with an average price of $247,783. The average price per square foot was $174.

The prices listed below are for real estate sales whose title was recorded from the week of October 7 to the week of October 20 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
