Popular YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia aka BeerBiceps Reveals He Was Banned From Mumbai Gym, Says: ‘They Were Angry About…’

Ranveer says this experience of being banned from the gym has made him even more determined to succeed in the fitness industry.

Recently, Ranveer Allahbadia, also known as BeerBiceps, spoke about a difficult phase of his fitness journey with Kamiya Jani, founder of Curly Tales. The famous YouTuber and podcast host said he was banned from a gym in Mumbai after trainers became jealous of his growing popularity.

Allahbadia used a gym in Wadala to film workout videos for his channel, BeerBiceps, early in his career as a content creator. He went to the gym around 2 p.m. to avoid rush hour and be able to film content with fewer distractions. But that didn’t sit well with the trainers at the gym. They were mad at me for growing up. They banned me from the gym. He said he was very sad and upset.

Despite the setback, Allahbadia made adversity work for him. When gyms across the country were closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he decided to build a home gym, which became a necessity. This pivot not only helped him continue creating content, but also helped him grow very quickly as a fitness influencer.

Today, Ranveer Allahbadia has over 9.8 million subscribers on his main YouTube channel and 8 million on BeerBiceps. From fitness tips to healthy diets to engaging podcasts with celebrities and influencers, its content is everywhere.

Ranveer says this experience of being banned from the gym has made him even more determined to succeed in the fitness industry. Currently, Ranveer has partially given up on fitness videos and focused on podcasts as the main attraction of his YouTube channel.
