Nigeria Rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, professionally known as Odumodublvck, finally got the house that came with his Rookie of the Year title at the 16th Annual Headies Award.

Legitime.ng had reported that the rapper was appointed Rookie of the Year at the 2023 Headies Awards. The track caused a stir between him and another up-and-coming artist.

In one of the photos, the music artist, who recently kicked a football star, was presented with the document of his new property at the Animashaun office.

In another photo, the rapper was taken to see the location of his new house. He was chatting with the prize organizer and the real estate agent who worked with the Headies organizers.

According to Animashaun, Headies has kept its promise in the past to winners of certain award categories. He noted that some had cars and now it was a house.

He thanked Ned Okonkwo, the real estate agent in charge of the property.
