Azéalia Banks launched an extraordinary attack against Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and owner of X/Twitter, by announcing that she would vote for Kamala Harris in the American elections despite his reservations about the Democratic presidential candidate.

The controversial rapper, who said last year she would vote for Harris’ Republican rival, Donald Trumpspoke to

“I really think that removing Elon Musk from any type of political power in the United States is equivalent to any issue on the table here,” she wrote of the tech billionaire, who became one of the Trump’s Most Loyal Celebrities.

She continued: “You’d have to be a complete idiot to think that scumbag cares about anyone or anything other than himself. He has already been given far too much taxpayer money – allowing him to reach any position of political authority is very dangerous.

“You don’t become the richest man in the world thanks to your honesty and good character lol, you have to be an expert liar, thief and cheater to become one.”

The Independent contacted Musk’s representative for comment.

She then addressed the influx of migrants into the United States, putting to rest claims that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) “flew in a bunch of illegal aliens just for votes.”

This notion is “complete stupidity,” she said, before asserting that “the DNC doesn’t need to import people to win an election, they can and they will steal it like they did in 2020.”

“I will vote for Kamala Harris tomorrow because Elon Musk… has nothing to do with American politics. The end,” she concluded.

Banks’ support for Harris comes a year after she said The standard that she would vote for Trump in the 2024 election because “he’s really funny.”

“How many bankruptcies has he experienced? How many women? How many TV shows? Seriously, nothing can bring him down,” she said at the time.

She joins other celebrities, including Harrison Ford and Jennifer Aniston who also endorsed Harris just days before the election.

Although Harris has garnered support from several high-profile celebrities, Trump can count on country stars Jason Aldean and Kid Rock, as well as actors Zachary Levi, Dennis Quaid and Mel Gibson, all of whom have endorsed him.

While Harris was overwhelmingly favored by the Hollywood elitecurrent polls indicate she and Trump are neck and neck in key battleground states.
