For 2025, the Subaru Impreza The compact hatch is a carryover model, meaning it won’t get any new upgrades. It remains unchangedexcept that this comes with a price increase.

Subaru of America says: “One year after a redesign, the sixth-generation compact sedan features impressive styling, improved safety features and an available 11.6-inch Subaru Starlink infotainment system.

“Returning for 2025, the Subaru Impreza RS trim features a 182-horsepower 2.5-liter Subaru Boxer engine, exclusive 18-inch wheels and unique interior and exterior trim.

The 2025 Subaru The Impreza continues to be offered in Base, Sport and RS trim levels, exclusively as a 5-door hatchback “to emphasize the vehicle’s versatility, capability and sportiness,” the announcement states.

Destination and delivery charges are $1,170 ($50 increase).

The 2025 Subaru Impreza offers three option packages, the same for the 2024 models. Option prices have not increased.

2025 Impreza Option Packages.

1. An option package for the 2025 Subaru Impreza adds 16-inch aluminum alloy wheels for $350.

2. An option package with blind-spot detection with rear cross-traffic alert, an all-weather package, automatic emergency steering, and a power sunroof is available for $1,900.

3. An option package for the Subaru Impreza RS adds a 10-speaker Harman Kardon system with a 432-watt equivalent amplifier, a power sunroof, and a 10-way power front seat with lumbar support for 2,070 $.

Which Impreza version is best?

I like the Impreza RS. With the 2.5-liter engine upgrade, the Impreza RS will be a fast, fun-to-drive small sedan for driving enthusiasts. It is essential to note that Subaru retailers will want to remove the remaining 2024 Impreza models before the 2025 models arrive. You may be able to negotiate a lower MSRP price.
