Kerala SSLC, HSE Board Exams 2025: Kerala Board has officially announced the Kerala SSLC Exam Dates 2025 and Kerala HSE board Exam Start Date 2025 (Class 11-12).

This year’s exams are expected to be held from early to late March, marking the start of a crucial period for students in Kerala preparing to move forward in their educational journey.

State Education Minister V Shivankutty shared details of the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) and Higher Secondary Examinations (HSE) schedules for 2025, including dates, schedules and additional information regarding assessments and results.

KERALA SSLC EXAMS DATE SHEET 2025

The Kerala SSLC exams or Class 10 board exams will be held from March 3 to 26, 2025, with an expected start time of 9:30 am. The schedule includes various topics spread over the month:

• March 3: First language, part 1 (languages ​​offered include Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Urdu, Gujarati and Sanskrit)
• March 5: English as a second language, with an extended schedule from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
• March 7: First Language Part 2 (options include Special English, Fisheries Science and Arabic for some schools)
• March 10: Social sciences, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
• March 17: Mathematics, also from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
• March 19, 21, 24 and 26: Third language exams (Hindi/general knowledge), energy strategy, chemistry and biology, respectively

These exams will be preceded by model exams for Kerala SSLC students, which will be held from February 17 to 21, 2025.

Additionally, the Information Technology (IT) model exam is scheduled for January 20-30, while the General Computer Science exam will be held from February 1-14.

The SSLC results are expected to be released by the third week of May.

KERALA HSE EXAM SCHEDULE 2024

The Kerala HSE First Year or Plus 1 or Class 11 exams will begin on March 6 and end on March 29, 2025.

The Kerala HSE Second Year or Plus 2 or Class 12 exams will begin on March 3 and end on March 26.

The Kerala Board has organized SSLC assessment processes in 72 designated camps, ensuring that exam assessments are completed accurately and on time for the announcement of results in May.

Currently, 4,28,951 students are registered to write the SSLC exams in the state, making it an important event for Kerala’s academic calendar.

With the official dates released, Kerala students can plan their final preparation phase leading to the board exams. The scheduled model and computer-based exams provide additional practice and a way for students to assess their readiness before the start of official exams.
