I’m A Celebrity star GK Barry brings ‘forbidden’ items into the jungle | Celebrity News | Showbiz and television

GK’s close friend Barry revealed what the podcast host was planning to sneak into the jungle.

Earlier this week, the star-studded lineup for I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! The 2024 show has been announced online by ITV bosses.

Fans will see former Strictly star Oti Mabuse, McFly singer Danny Jones, Coronation Street favorite Alan Halsall, journalist Jane Moore and TikTok Sensation GK Barry – otherwise known as Grace Keeling – enters the jungle.

Also joining them will be Radio 1 DJ Dean McCullough, N-Dubz star Tulisa Contostavlos, TV presenter Melvin Odoom and TV personality Coleen Rooney as well as boxing champion Barry McGuigan with two other mystery stars who are expected to join the camp later in the series.

Now the blonde bombshell’s close friend and former Gogglebox star Joe Baggs has revealed what the Loose Women star hopes to get through to ITV bosses.

In an exclusive interview with Express.co.uk, the TV star told us: “I know she’s going to want a flask of cranberry vodka somewhere in that briefcase or backpack.

“She must want a Lost Mary vape just to have it on her.” I know the girl and those are the two things she’s going to want in there, like she needs them.

The reality star explained that the luxury will help her “get the upper hand” in what will undoubtedly be a tough few weeks.

He explained: “It’s about gaining the advantage, I think that’s the most important thing. Going without everything, especially sugar and caffeine, and all those things that would just make me die instantly.

“And then having to do these high-pressure, stressful things too, like you just want something to take the edge off. I know her and I know that’s what she would want to do.

Joe added that a little liquid courage will help the TV presenter gain the confidence to speak to the heavyweight celebrities she will be sharing camp with.

The content creator pointed out: “Especially in a camp where you’re suddenly thrust into this alien environment.

“All you want to do is just have a little confidence to go and talk to this person or that person, but you just don’t have it. But again, it’s a learning curve and it makes for good TV.

I’m a celebrity… Get me out of here! begins Sunday November 17 on ITV1 from 9 p.m.
