MOSCOW, November 2. /TASS/. Retired Russian heavyweight boxer Alexander Povetkin will not challenge a decision by the International Doping Control Agency (ITA), although he considers it illegitimate, an ITA source told TASS on Saturday. Povetkin’s team.
