“We are convinced that the leaders of Kyrgyzstan have everything necessary to guarantee public order in the country,” he noted, commenting on reports of a group of individuals arrested in Kyrgyzstan for having plotted to seize power. “Of course, we are always in contact with our Kyrgyz friends. Law enforcement agencies maintain constant contact and our representatives receive information,” Peskov emphasized.

On November 12, the Kyrgyz Interior Ministry announced the arrest of a six-member group led by former Deputy Prosecutor General Adyl uulu Kuban, who was plotting to cause mass unrest in the country in order to seize power .
