General conditions

1. The Promotion is open to Irish residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.

2. A valid entry consists of a correct answer entered in the form above, accompanied by the entrant’s name, email address and a telephone number.

3. No applications from agents, third parties, organized groups or automatically generated computer applications will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. No entries that do not comply with the entry instructions will be accepted.

4. The Promotion will run from 11/15/2024 to 12/01/2024 midnight inclusive.

5. All entries must be received by the Promoter no later than midnight on the closing date. All competition entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.

6. Promotion limited to one entry per person. No entrant will win more than one prize.

7. By submitting an application to the Promoter, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. No liability will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to network, hardware or software failure of any nature. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the promoter.

9. The prize consists of a one-night stay for two people in a double room, an a la carte breakfast, a three-course gourmet dining experience at Pullman Restaurant one evening and complimentary access to the Abbey Cinema. There will be a winner.

10. All prizes will be subject to the additional terms and conditions of the prize supplier to the Promoter. This voucher is subject to availability and excludes Galway Race Festival week and the Christmas/New Year period. Based on two adults sharing and cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged for cash. Valid from December 2024 for 12 months

11. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage whatsoever, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the prize .

12. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.

13. Winners will be notified by email. The winner must claim their prize within 30 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed after this period, it will become void and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.

14. The decision of the promoters is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. Winners’ details (name and county) will be available on the Irish Times website.

16. The winner may participate in unpaid advertising arising from this promotion.

18. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

19. These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
