A new student activities center and aerospace manufacturing plant led to building permits issued over the past month in the Huntsville area.

A $12.5 million permit was issued Sept. 26 for work on the Sentinel Center at the Alabama School of Cyber ​​Technology and Engineering to Birmingham-based builder Brasfield & Gorrie LLC.
