India’s biggest superstar Prabhas launched The Script Craft, a website dedicated to promoting and encouraging writers. Known for his love of storytelling, Prabhas supports this initiative to provide writers with a platform where they can share their story ideas with a large audience, showcase their creativity and gain exposure.

Script Craft allows writers to submit a 250-word summary of their story ideas. The public can then read and rate these submissions, with the highest-rated stories coming in at the top. The feedback system focuses on grades rather than comments, creating a constructive environment that helps writers build confidence and receive positive support for their ideas.

To mark its launch, The Script Craft is launching a special competition entitled “Imagine your favorite hero with superpowers!” » Writers are invited to submit a story of no more than 3,500 words reimagining a hero with superhuman abilities. Ultimately, a writer will be selected based on audience engagement to have a unique opportunity to work as an assistant writer or assistant director on a real-life project – a valuable experience that shines a spotlight on emerging writers. Founded by Thaalla Vaishnav and Pramod Uppalapati, The Script Craft is promoted by Prabhas to encourage new talents and provide unique opportunities for writers to showcase their storytelling potential and creativity.

Additionally, The Script Craft plans to expand with an audiobooks feature, allowing writers to turn their stories into immersive audio experiences. This development should help writers reach a wider audience, including listeners who prefer audio narration.
