Florida Sen. Marco Rubio said Democrats should “fire” their analysts and pollsters who unfortunately dropped the ball on Hispanic and Latino voters after President-elect Donald Trump saw a higher participation than expected of the key demographic group.

“My free advice to Democrats is to fire all these consultants, pollsters and so-called experts who gave you advice on how to reach the Hispanic vote because they don’t know Jack, okay? Rubio Thursday on “America Reports.”

“The truth is that Hispanic voters are not in favor of illegal immigration, they are not in favor of uncontrolled immigration into our country, they are not in favor of allowing criminals to roam our streets and kill, murder, rape. “Voters are not in favor of high prices that make life unaffordable, and they are not in favor of policies that send our jobs to other countries,” he continued.

Rubio, who was once considered a leading vice presidential candidate for Trump, has been launched for the Secretary of State as Trump seeks to fill his cabinet with qualified leaders who will strengthen his agenda over the next four years.

Asked if he would accept a Cabinet position, Rubio said, “I will work with the Trump administration in whatever capacity they deem best.”

He stressed that he has not spoken with Trump or his team about a possible Cabinet seat.
