Despite their significant height difference, their meeting was a heartwarming moment that celebrated their unique records and the spirit of human diversity.

Iconic recognition

The meeting was immortalized in a video shared on Friday, November 22. Both women received Icon certificates from Guinness World Recordshighlighting their remarkable achievements.

Rumeysa holds the title of the world’s tallest woman, while Jyoti has proudly maintained her record as the shortest (mobile) woman for over a decade.

Hilda Baci officially dethroned

In the meantime, Legitime.ng Earlier reported that Guinness World Records (GWR) announced that Irish chef Alan Fisher would be the new holder for the longest cooking marathon record (individual).

This announcement comes 180 days after that of Nigeria Hilda Baci set the record for the longest cooking marathon completed by a person following his May 11 cooking marathon, which lasted 93 hours and 11 minutes.
