A crash involving a lorry and a bus has closed a major road in Leicestershire.

National Highways said a section of the northbound A46 was closed between the A607 near Cossington and the B676 at around 10:20 GMT.

Emergency services are currently on scene but no information on possible injuries has been provided.

The four-lane road is expected to fully reopen before 1 p.m., the state highway added.
