Mohamed Salah says he is yet to receive an offer of a new contract from Liverpool and remains on track to leave the club at the end of this season when his current contract expires.

“I’m not retiring anytime soon, so I’m just playing, focusing on the season and trying to win the Premier League and hopefully the Champions League as well.

“I’ve been at the club for many years and (there is) no club like this, but at the end of the day it’s not in my hands.

“As I said before, it’s (almost) December, so I haven’t seen anything about my future yet.

“I love the fans. The fans love me, but at the end of the day, it’s not in my hands or in the fans’ hands, so let’s wait and see.”
