The Zenless Zone Zero train continues to move forward and update 1.3 is its next stop. After big reveals in version 1.2, it’s unclear where the story is going in this next patch – it probably depends on when HoYoverse asks Vision’s former president to wake up and expose the conspiracy he’s been making part.

Regardless, ZZZ 1.3 will introduce players to two brand new characters: Yanagi, a member of the Hollow Special Operations Section 6, and Lighter, a member of the Sons of Calydon. Both are familiar to us from history and now they can finally join our list.

From November 6, 2024With the release of version 1.3, you will be able to call upon the following characters:

Yanagi

Yanagi excels at applying Shock to enemies and multiplying damage through the Disorder effect – the effect that appears when you trigger two attribute anomalies on an enemy in short succession. This makes her particularly powerful when teamed with other Anomaly Agents. She has access to two different positions and moves, each giving her different bonuses.

Anby

Anby is a powerful paralyzing agent that deals electrical DMG. She is quite easy to learn and can be used with a large number of teams, making her a great character in many situations.

Bowl

Bowl is definitely one of the weakest damage dealers in the game, but he’s one of the few ranged characters you can use in combat.

Phase 2 will begin on November 27, 2024and run for three weeks from then on. You will be able to obtain the following characters during this period:

Lighter

Lighter is a light and mobile fighter, who drowns the enemy in a barrage of punches with strong Daze application, allowing him to reliably stun them. Once he gathers enough morale to enter a special state, he can further reduce the enemy’s Fire DMG RES and Ice DMG RES.

Well

Well is a defense agent who has been largely overshadowed by Caesar And Seth in every way – its only unique advantage is that it can perform cool teamwork attacks with Koleda.

Corine

Corine is a solid attack agent for free-to-play users. Much like Anton, she can’t exactly keep up with the S-tier attack agents, but she feels much smoother to play than Belobog’s character.
