IPL 2025 Mega Auction: The Indian Premier League is set to hold another mega auction that could turn around the fortunes of several players. The rich can get richer, but as has been the trend over the years, it’s possible that several names will end up on the payers’ list, with teams not hesitating to break the bank for little-known players. The IPL board has this time increased the budget available for each franchise to Rs 120 crore, which simply means that players can expect bigger salaries.

The auction, for the second time, will take place outside India, with Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) being the latest venue. The event will last two days and 577 players are expected to be auctioned on November 24-25. Mallika Sagar will again conduct the auction.
