    THE North Carolina Tar Heels football the team welcomes the Demon Deacons of Wake Forest Saturday (8 p.m., ACC Network) at Kenan Stadium in Week 12 of the college football season.

    After resounding victories in Virginia and the state of Florida, the Tar Heels (5-4, 2-3 ACC) can become bowl eligible with a win against the Demon Deacons (4-5, 2-3) this weekend. After a week of inactivity, UNC will look for its fourth straight victory against Wake Forest, which hasn’t won in Chapel Hill since 2006.

    After its in-state matchup with the Demon Deacons, UNC will travel to Boston College (5-4, 2-3) before returning to Kenan Stadium for the regular season finale against NC State (5-5, 2-4) on November 30.
