Ivanka also urged her followers to “trust yourself,” “nourish your body” and “get some sun daily.”

Her lengthy post also featured quotes from Dolly Parton, psychologist Carl Jung and Roman emperor Marcus Aurelius – as she stressed the importance of being “open to the truth” and devoting time and effort energy to “what really matters”.
