ORANGE, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) – One person was flown to the hospital after a serious crash in Orange Wednesday afternoon.

According to Orange Fire Rescue, this call came in shortly before 4:30 p.m.

The crash occurred on Route 2 westbound near Exit 71.

Details are still limited at this time, but we do know that one person was airlifted to Athol Hospital.

No other injuries have been reported and the condition of the person taken to hospital is unknown at this time.
